Ingredients:
1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz strawberry vodka
1/2 oz Godiva white chocolate
liqueur shaved white chocolate
Instructions:
Shake ingredients up with a little ice
then strain into a martini glass and top
with an optional Hersey's Kiss.
Agave Kiss
Ingredients:
2 oz Herradura Tequila Silver
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz double cream
1/2 oz Chambord
white chocolate flakes for rimming
fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add
Herradura tequila, white crème de
cacao, double cream and Chambord.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass,
rimmed with white chocolate, add a
spear of fresh raspberries, and serve.
Death by Chocolate
Ingredients:
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 oz chocolate syrup
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz dark crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz vodka
Whipped cream for topping
Maraschino cherry for garnish
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a
blender, blend until smooth.
Pour into a stemmed glass such as a
hurricane glass.
Top with whipped cream an garnish
with the maraschino cherry.
Godiva Chocolate Martini
Ingredients:
1 1/2 shots Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with
ice, shake and pour into a chilled
cocktail glass.
Kir Royale
Ingredients:
6 oz. champagne
1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
Garnish: No Garnish
Instructions:
Pour crème de cassis into a
champagne flute. Fill it with
champagne.
You can also add some raspberries or
strawberries and some sugar.
Love Potion #9
Ingredients:
1 oz vanilla or clear vodka
1/2 oz white crème de cacao
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup ice
Garnish: Strawberries or Raspberries
Instructions:
1. Pour the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.
If the mix is too thick, add berries or
milk; too thin, add ice or ice cream.
Passion Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz gold tequila
3 oz cranberry juice
1 oz lime juice
2 oz Grand Marnier
Garnish: Lime Slice
Instructions:
1. Pour the tequila, cranberry juice,
and lime juice into a cocktail shaker
with ice cubes.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled stemmed glass.
4. Splash with Grand Marnier.

Ingredients:
1 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
1/2 oz DeKuyper Crème de Frambois
Champagne
Garnish: Raspberries
Instructions:
1. Pour the bourbon and crème de
framboise into a Champagne flute.
2. Top with Champagne.
3. Drop a few raspberries into the
glass for a garnish.
